  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental US
  • Free shipping offer cannot be combined with other promotions
  • Free shipping does not apply to overnight or expedited options

International Shipping

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages:

  • If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund
  • Proof of delivery address is required

Damaged Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost

Delayed Deliveries:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • For delays beyond 10 business days past the estimated date, contact us for assistance

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will attempt to contact you
  • If we cannot reach you within 30 days, the package will be returned to inventory
  • Refunds (minus return shipping) will be issued if applicable

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement
  • After 24 hours, the order cannot be modified; contact us for assistance
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Holiday Shipping

During holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any delays at checkout or via email.
